DECA Executive Committee Holds Regular Quarter III/2026 Meeting, Promoting Multiple Key Activities
On the afternoon of June 15th, 2026, at the Ariyana Convention Centre Danang, the Executive Committee of the Da Nang Event & Destination Club (DECA) held its regular meeting under the chairmanship of Mr. Le Dinh Nam – Chairman of DECA. The meeting focused on evaluating the operational results of Quarter II/2026, while unifying key orientations and plans for Quarter III to enhance connection efficiency, promote cooperation, and generate more value for the member community.

At the meeting, the Executive Committee reviewed the prominent results achieved in Quarter II, particularly the successful organization of the DECA Congress for the new term, the strengthening of member connection activities, active participation in programs of the Da Nang Tourism Association, and the expansion of cooperative relations with numerous domestic and international partners. These foundations are considered vital prerequisites for DECA to enter a phase of deploying more specialized and practical activities in the second half of 2026.

One of the core contents agreed upon by the Executive Committee is the plan to accompany the Miss Heritage Global 2026 pageant in the role of a business-connecting partner, promoting the destination and advancing cooperation opportunities for members. To ensure effective implementation, DECA expects to establish the Miss Heritage Global 2026 Task Force, responsible for coordinating external activities, sponsorship mobilization, communication, and supporting program operations. This is highly anticipated to be an opportunity to promote Da Nang's image to the international community, while creating more networking spaces for businesses in the tourism, event, and service industries.

In addition, the Executive Committee passed various promotion and connection activities slated for implementation in Quarter III, including a member survey program in Hoi An, coordination in organizing the Barefoot Beach Run, participation in HORECFEX Vietnam 2026, and the organization of product and destination survey programs as well as new MICE spaces in Da Nang in September. These activities target the goal of strengthening linkages among members, updating market trends, and expanding business cooperation opportunities.

With a spirit of companionship, connection, and action, the DECA Executive Committee expects that the programs implemented in Quarter III/2026 will contribute to improving the Club's operational efficiency, increasing benefits for members, and contributing actively to the sustainable development of Da Nang's tourism and event industry in the new phase.
